I was a kid seeing a television serial with my mom.
In that episode, a female was caring and loving her canine and it was shown how an old lady was teasing her for treating the dog like her own child.
My naive mind, which presumed every little thing revealed on the tv as true, beleived that she essentially, has given birth to a pet and that is why everyone was disrespecting her, for bring to life a dog instead of a human child.
I asked my mom, “has she actually given birth to a pet?”
My mom smiled and shook her head in a ‘no’.
I presumed that my mom has not seen the whole television serial from the beginning, so she does not know either, and is embarassed to say, “I do not know”.
The idea, that the lady has actually brought to life a canine remained in my mind and I also believed that humans could bring to life any type of pet normally.
There was one more idea:
We coach girls were discussing something and a topic stood out, “will you marry after growing up?”
Me and one of my friend claimed a clear “No”
Then that friend who asked the question stated, “When you grow up, you’ll have a child. If you do not wed and the youngster asks, ‘Where is my daddy?’, what will you inform them?”
